Today, the team over at EA Sports has released the demo for their upcoming EA Sports MMA. The demo is set to feature a few different options for gamers to get their hands on. Specifically it will offer a ‘Fight Now’ mode that will feature two weight classes to choose from with two fighters a piece. One weight class will be the heavyweights featuring former professional wrestler Bobby Lashley and STRIKEFORCE champion Alistair Overeem. The other weight class with be middleweights, featuring Jake Shields and Jason ‘Mayhem’ Miller.
The other game mode will be a basic tutorial titled MMA 101 with will pit players as Shields against Miller.
Also of note, is that players who invite their friends to download the demo will be given a ‘classic’ Randy Couture character for the full retail game. Let’s take a look at the demo’s trailer:
