Dragon Age Lead Writer and author David Gaider is planning on offering up a new Dragon Age novel called Dragon Age: Asunder. The announcement as made during an interview with BioWare Director of Marketing David Silverman on an episode of BioWare Pulse, playing on Bioware’s new online video network BioWare TV, which was unveiled for the first time last week at E3.
Asunder will be the third Dragon Age novel. This time the action will be set in Orlais, one of the countries that we haven’t had a chance to visit yet in either of the two Dragon Age games.
I actually read the second Dragon Age book, The Calling, just a few months ago when I found it at half off at a Borders that was going out of business in Mesa, AZ. It wasn’t a bad read at all, and I’m certainly more than willing to give this latest book a try.
